In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the project management team throughout all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating between stakeholders, assisting in project planning and scheduling, monitoring progress, and managing documentation. You will work closely with site teams and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve logistical issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of multi-family residential construction processes in NYC.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting ground-up multi-family residential construction projects in NYC.
- Proven ability to assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and building codes relevant to New York City.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
