This role involves overseeing interior construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to client specifications, budgets, and deadlines. The successful candidate will play a key part in coordinating between design teams, contractors, and clients, ultimately delivering outstanding interior environments that meet the company's high standards. The position offers a competitive salary of up to $180,000, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibility required. - Proven experience in the construction industry, with a specific focus on Commercial Interiors
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to commercial interior projects
- Ability to interpret and work from architectural and engineering drawings
- Proficiency in project management software and tools including Procore, and MS Project
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic project requirements and priorities
