- Build trusted relationships at executive level, anticipating client needs and turning them into action.
- Set the standard for operational excellence, Health & Safety and risk management across technically demanding environments.
- Lead the account through significant growth and change, ensuring the operation, team and commercial model evolve with it.
- Bring together Projects and specialist functions to deliver a fully integrated service.
About You

- A track record leading large, technically complex and highly regulated operations.
- Significant P&L ownership and strong commercial judgement.
- Credibility across technical FM, engineering operations and Health & Safety.
- Proven success leading large teams and building trusted relationships with executive-level clients.
- A structured, forward-thinking approach, able to anticipate client needs, set clear direction and drive delivery.
Experience across advanced technology, manufacturing, life sciences, mission critical or other highly regulated environments would be particularly relevant.
