A well-established New York–based construction firm specializing in high-end residential and complex interior projects is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support a growing pipeline of work.
This role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who thrives on field leadership, coordination, and quality execution in detail-driven environments.
Role Overview
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction activities on site, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades

Maintain project schedules and sequencing to meet critical milestones

Enforce jobsite safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings

Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate field execution

Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and closeout activities

Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and quality control logs

Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project teams
Ideal Background

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Superintendent on high-end residential or complex interior projects

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, finishes, and trade coordination

Ability to read and interpret detailed architectural and construction drawings

Experience working in New York City construction environments desired, working for a premier General Contractor
