We're working with a highly respected commercial interiors contractor in New York City that is looking to bring on a Superintendent to take ownership of exciting, high-profile interior fit-out projects across the city.

What You'll Be Doing
- Taking full responsibility for day-to-day site operations on commercial interiors projects.
- Managing subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, and quality control.
- Driving projects from mobilization through completion.
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Working alongside an experienced project management team while having the freedom to lead your site your way.
What We're Looking For
- Commercial interiors, fit-out, renovation, or tenant improvement experience with a General Contractor in NYC.
- 3+ years as a Superintendent, or as a Assistant Superintendent who is effectively operating at Superintendent level.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules in fast-paced environments.
