What You'll Be Doing

• Taking full responsibility for day-to-day site operations on commercial interiors projects.
• Managing subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, and quality control.
• Driving projects from mobilization through completion.
• Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Working alongside an experienced project management team while having the freedom to lead your site your way.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial interiors, fit-out, renovation, or tenant improvement experience with a General Contractor in NYC.
• 3+ years as a Superintendent, or as a Assistant Superintendent who is effectively operating at Superintendent level.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules in fast-paced environments.
